A retired Medical Device Representative, Denise has seamlessly transitioned her passion for science into a vital role connecting the scientific community with real estate opportunities.
Her expertise isn’t just in facilitating transactions; she creates spaces where innovation thrives. From the University of South Florida to Tampa General and Area Cancer Facilities, she ensures access to potential off-market, and collaborative land opportunities for top facilities involved in scientific research and medical professionals’ specialties.
A Designated Certified International Property Specialist, (C.I.P.S) her influence stretches globally, connecting investors with properties from the Dominican Republic to Cape Town, South Africa, Nigeria and Ghana through her membership to The Africa Real Estate Practitioners’ Alliance, and collaboration with those members, and founder Lady Vicky of NAR’s Ghana Real Estate Professional Association (GREPA).
A longstanding Global Committee Member within her ‘Greater Tampa Realtor’s Association, ‘Denise has been able to navigate Commercial and Residential investment opportunities throughout the Caricom Communities extending into the continent of Africa.
