DeCarlo E. Deveaux, is a native of the Bahamas, with ties to the Caribbean, who was partly raised in Miami, FL., before earning a basketball scholarship to the University of Tampa, where he became a two time All American and finished his collegiate basketball career in 1994′ as the University’s Men’s Basketball career leading scorer, which still stands today. Now that same attention to winning attitude and detail will be exemplified in his approach to servicing real estate clients.
